Our treatments

At your initial cosmetic consultation we’ll carefully assess the condition of your teeth and oral health as a whole. If you're suitable for veneers then we’ll advise you on the different options. These include:

Get the smile you’ve always wanted

Dental veneers are a great way to transform your smile, as they can dramatically improve the colour, size and shape of teeth.

These thin, custom-made shells are carefully crafted from tooth-coloured materials (porcelain or composite resin) and sit over the front surface of teeth to enhance their appearance. They are securely fitted into position with a special cement.

The benefits of dental veneers

Great options to choose from

We offer a number of different dental veneer options. Your dentist will be happy to advise you on these at your initial cosmetic consultation. A brief description of each can be found below:

PORCELAIN VENEERS
Porcelain is the most durable option for veneers and usually achieves the best aesthetic results. Porcelain veneers are also less likely to stain than their composite equivalents.

ULTRA-THIN AND PREP-LESS VENEERS
These options are the least invasive and involve very little (if any) natural tooth surface removal. The process is typically quicker and more comfortable than traditional veneers.

COMPOSITE VENEERS
Composite veneers are usually less expensive than porcelain veneers. They can still achieve great-looking results and are a cost-effective way to improve your smile.

SAME-DAY VENEERS
These are a type of composite veneer that involve minimal preparation. The whole process can be completed on the same day. Also known as direct veneers, the composite material is shaped directly in the mouth by the dentist.

0% finance available

Turning the smile of your dreams into reality is easier than you might think. We offer interest-free finance to spread the costs and make your treatment more affordable.

Dental veneer FAQs

The process typically involves two or three visits to the practice over a period of around six weeks. If you are looking for quicker results, we can fit same-day composite veneers.

  • Porcelain is usually more durable and resistant to staining
  • Porcelain can achieve more natural looking results
  • Composite veneers are generally cheaper and easier to repair
  • Composite veneers can be shaped directly in the mouth

Dental veneers are a great solution if you have any of the following:

  • Chipped teeth
  • Stained or discoloured teeth
  • Spaces between teeth (which you’re unhappy with)
  • Slightly crooked teeth
  • Misshapen teeth (e.g. too short or too narrow)

Modern veneers are very durable, but will eventually need replacing at some point.

Composite veneers are more likely fade as they age, and so may need replacing sooner. Porcelain veneers generally maintain their colour for longer.

Veneers may also need to be replaced as a result of gum recession (for a better fit).

Fortunately, creating new replacement veneers is a relatively simple procedure.

You can consume food and beverages as usual while wearing your veneers. Being mindful of them, however, will help them last longer and maintain their appearance.

To protect your veneers, we recommend refraining from biting hard foods (such as raw carrots) with your front teeth.

Although veneers, particularly porcelain ones, are less prone to staining than natural teeth, you can take extra care of them by limiting consumption of coffee, tea and red wine.
